The Construction Partnership Program (CPP) is a joint agency effort underway to prepare for the unprecedented amount of infrastructure improvements scheduled to take place throughout Central Texas over the next 10 years.

- Develop an integrated construction data platform to facilitate information sharing between projects.
- Maintain situational awareness and forecast potential overlaps in projects that would benefit from joint agency efforts.
COMMUNICATION
- Explore strategies to streamline public information during construction.
- Cooperate with business/industry and the community to reduce and manage traffic demand.
COLLABORATION
- Create a CPP that can be merged into an emerging next-generation “smart city” transportation management center.
- Work with agency partners to combine all construction and traffic information into one central location for the public.
