Central Texas Construction Partnership Program

OUR VISION

The Construction Partnership Program (CPP) is a joint agency effort that will create a “One-Stop Shop” for public information and enhance construction coordination during the execution of more than $20 billion in planned infrastructure projects around Central Texas over the next 10 years.

CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION

Early and effective construction coordination between the agencies building these large projects will enhance public safety while reducing combined impacts on residents, businesses, and travelers when possible.

How will CPP Construction Coordination Work? Input Data: CPP Partners enter major construction closure, detour and schedule information into a centralized platform. Perform Analyses: CPP operations teams perform analyses of data to determine where construction conflicts might exist. Share Information: CPP Partners use data to inform decision-making & share potential impacts through the public information platform.

PUBLIC INFORMATION

CPP partners will create a public information platform to share timely, transparent messages about lane closures and potential traffic impacts across a range of communication channels, ensuring that residents, businesses, and travelers receive the information they need to plan their trips.

How Will CPP Public Information Work? Public Information Platform: Subscribers to the public information platform (CTXGO.com) view closures and detours online or receive traffic updates on their favorite routes by text and email. Public Information Channels: The public information platform feeds data to a variety of navigation services, so planned routes account for active construction closures. Construction One-Stop Shop: The public submits construction questions to the public information platform, with inquiries route to the agency in charge of each project.
